The content of
EPA and
DHA is stated on the label, and from that you see the proportions,
it is about 2:1.
Regarding fatty acids like in the oil, it is a fish oil and in olive oil:
- Fish oil contains almost all fatty acids from saturated fatty acids to monounsaturated fatty acids and the polyunsaturated fatty acids, while the olive oil have saturated and mostly monounsaturated.
- This means that our oil contains all of this, included other Omega-3 fatty acids as linoleic (alpha linoleic acid) and Omega-6 fatty acids as linoleic acid and GLA arachidonic acid.
However, these amounts
are small in relation to the content of oleic acid (omega-9 oleic acid) and EPA+DHA.
We do not disclose the exact content of this.
Regarding organic olive oil:
- Our olive oil is not ecological/organic.
- Our plantations are not certified organic.
- We do not have any certificate.
- Our plantation does not use any pesticides and fertilizers.
- We test our final product to exclude that no pesticides are in it.
Each production is tested and checked.
- By law, we must follow the directives available and we are controlled.
