Hand washing
Wash your hands with warm water and suitable soap and open your BalanceTest
Finger disinfection
Soak a swab in alcohol and clean the tip of the mediator.
Prick your finger
Take the lancet and push it firmly towards the bottom of your fingertip. Press until you hear a click.
Collect your blood
Without touching the paper, add at least three drops to each ring on the sampling card. The blood should completely fill the inner part of the circles.
Blood drying
